Summer Accommodations at Ron Eydt Village

Welcome to Summer Accommodations here at the University of Waterloo!  

You are now on our online reservation form for Ron Eydt Village (REV).  Please select New Reservation to start your room reservation.  You will receive a receipt upon completing your reservation and a confirmation email once your reservation request has been processed.  We look forward to welcoming you to Waterloo!

Rooms are available from May 5, 2023 to August 28, 2023 only:
New undergrad international students attending the University of Waterloo in Fall 2023 are able to stay until Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 9:00 am at which time they will be able to move into their residence room (if requested in advanced through Campus Housing).

Shared kitchen facilities at REV:
Individual/transient guests staying in REV will have access to a shared kitchen on their floor which includes one large refrigerator, a microwave, oven, and stop top.  Please note that these kitchens will be closed on Saturday, August 26, 2023 in preparation for the Fall term.
