Held at the University of Toronto’s Faculty Club on 41 Willcocks Street, Toronto, the 2019 OPEN Summit will bring together invited researchers, educators, policy makers, healthcare professionals, knowledge users and trainees to learn about OPEN’s research and to engage in discussions about improving medication management and primary healthcare.

The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will include:

* Research presentations on medication management and pharmacy practice research results

* Panel discussions of practice and policy implications

* Poster presentations of research findings and studies in progress

* Plenary speakers

* Opportunities for networking and informal discussion

Registration Fees:

General Registration - $115.00 +13% HST

Student Registration - $50 + 13% HST
