CE 2019 - A weekend of Glaucoma and Ocular Surface Disease

CREDIT HOUR BREAKDOWN:
If you take all the lectures, excluding the Breakfast Chats and Workshops – 21 Category A, COPE-approved (pending) hours.

The Friday program:

• Without the Bobier Lecture, Breakfast Chat, and Workshops -  8 Category A, COPE-approved (pending) hours;
• Including the Bobier Lecture – 9 Category A, COPE-approved (pending) hours;
• The Friday Breakfast Chat – 1 Category B hour.

The Saturday program:

• Without the Woodruff Lecture, Breakfast Chat, and Workshops – 6 Category A, COPE-approved (pending) hours;
• Including the Woodruff Lecture – 7 Category A, COPE-approved (pending) hours;
• The Saturday Breakfast chat – 1 Category B hour.

The Sunday program:

• Sunday’s program – 5 Category A, COPE-approved (pending) hours.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• Full 3-day program $675
• Any two days $475
• Any single day is $325 
• Any half-day is $250
• Workshops are an additional charge - you must register for a 3-day, 2-day, 1-day or 1/2-day program if you want to take a workshop 
• Optometric Assistant program is $120 per day.
• Part-time clinical supervisors at the School of Optometry (including clerkship program preceptors) receive a 40% fee reduction in regular CE associated fees. 
• The Bobier and Woodruff Lectures may be attended by optometrists and optometric assistants at no charge.  Registration is required for CE credit. 
• Lecture notes will be available for downloading after you receive your registration confirmation from the system.  No hard copies will be available.

DEADLINE for Registration, including workshops is May 31, 2019.

REFUNDS:
The registration fee, less a $25 service charge, will be refunded if cancellation of registration is received at least 24 hours before the program begins.

PARKING INFORMATION
Due to Convocation, parking will not be available in X lot on Friday, June 14. Instead, parking will be available in OV lot and the TJB parking lot 300 metres beyond X lot.  Map of parking lots OV, TJB and X.  For Saturday and Sunday, parking will be available in X lot only.  A permit is not required to park in OV, TJB or X lots for the CE weekend.
